The LX220 boasts a patented 100% Jam Proof™ System that can automatically detect and power through jams, saving you the hassle. It can shred up to 20 sheets per pass into small micro-cut particles (5/32" x 1/2"; Security Level P-4) for enhanced protection. The shredder also includes SafeSense® Technology, which can automatically monitor and immediately stop shredding when hands or pets are too close.

For added convenience, the LX220 can shred continuously for up to 30 minutes, allowing for medium-sized shred jobs to be completed in one go. The SilentShred™ feature ensures ultra-quiet performance, making it suitable for shared workspaces. Additionally, the 8-gallon pull-out waste bin keeps shredded particles contained, keeping workspaces clean.

The LX220 also features a unique UI control bar that provides real-time feedback on shredder productivity, bin capacity, and more. Manual shredding of up to 20 sheets per pass is possible, while the micro-cut P-4 security level offers enhanced protection with shreds that are 6 times smaller than standard cross-cut particles.
